Growing Hands for Brighter Futures (GH4BF) is a York, PA-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to ensuring every child in our community has the tools and support they need to thrive in school and in life. Through school supply drives, acts of kindness, and youth engagement, we bring hope and opportunity to students and families across the region.

The inspiration for Growing Hands for Brighter Futures began in June 2023 when AnnMarie DiPasquale’s son, Julius, started preschool. AnnMarie, a former Baltimore City law enforcement officer, recognized an opportunity to teach her son the importance of giving back. Having witnessed many children lacking essential school supplies and support, she launched this nonprofit to ensure kids feel seen, supported, and equipped for success.
